Yoshimatsu Health Japanese

Well my fellow eaters i am sad to report a problem at Yoshimatsu. I have eaten there many times before. Their food was the best Japanese food in town. I have noticed though that recently the quality has slowly been degrading. Last night I recieved proof of it. We went in and the entrance and ordering were all unchanged. Then we went to find a table and there were only two open. Both of these open tables were open because they were still dirty from their last occupants. After a few minutes a waitress popped up and wiped the table down and then again because it still had stuff on it. We sat down and began waiting. It took a bit longer than usual. Now we get down to the food itself.
I had the Maku-no-uchi bento.
It consists of:
Tenpura (that is the correct spelling):
The tenpura was npt terrible by any means. It was still good but it did not reach the level of deliciousness that it formerly held. Still good though.
maguro maki-Tuna roll:
This was not good sushi. The fish wasn't bad but the roll was imbalanced and bizarre. First of all the roll had way too much avocado. This is especially bothersome when you consider the second problem: tuna rolls don't contain avocado.
Sashimi:
The sashimi was OK but there were still problems. The yellow tail was great. The tuna was good except for the one touching the salmon. The salmon was not fresh enough for my tastes.
Fried Sweet Potatos:
These were good. I genuinely enjoyed these even though they were a bit dry.
Yakitori chicken:
These were the best part of the meal. They were perfectly cooked with a perfect amount of sauce on them. They were... I would say the second best i have ever had.
Atmosphere and Decor:
This place has one thing about its decorations i always liked. Everything on the walls and ceiling is from some part of Japanese cinema or anime. I really dig both so I find myself wanting just about everything they have.
Final note:
so that was my latest trip to Yoshimatsu. Up until this last time Yoshimatsu was always my favorite Japanese restaurant. Now they seem rushed, crowded, and surprisingly dirty. I looked into their little side shop and found that all their freezers, which are usually fully stocked with Japanese imported goodies, to be almost completely empty. That was disappointing.
